Medals, Medals and More Medals at Flitwick Dolphins Meet

Medals clinked and personal best’s were broken as Swans took to the pool for their first Open Meet since the summer break.

We received a warm welcome from our friends at Flitwick Dolphins who held their annual open meet at The Saxon Pool in Biggleswade last weekend, 19-20 October 2024.

Swans fielded a strong squad of 49 swimmers over the 2 day event which resulted in a magnificent haul of 74 medals – 20 Gold, 24 Silver and 30 Bronze.

A good number of personal best’s were achieved along with a dozen or so County qualifying times and a handful of Regional qualifying times too.

A huge thanks to our Coaches and Team Managers for giving up their spare time and supporting our squad.  And not to forget the crew in white – our Officials – who supported Dolphins with delivering the event.

Our next outing is to Luton to take part in the Putteridge SC Winter Short Course open meet over the weekend of 16-17 November 2024
